A little info about The Jensen Project:

Following the overwhelming success “Secrets of the Mountain,” Walmart and P&G bolster their commitment to delivering quality family programming once again with the action-packed made-for-TV movie “The Jensen Project”, which aired on NBC Friday, July 16, 2010 at 8/7c.


Research conducted by the Association of National Advertisers’ (ANA) Alliance for Family Entertainment that reveals that parents across America are seeking more family-oriented entertainment for the whole family to enjoy together. The most important finding was the clear desire for more options when it comes to quality entertainment for the family.  More than 7.4 million households tuned in to “Secrets of the Mountain,” reinforcing that there is a desire for more family-oriented programming.  
“The Jensen Project” has a thrilling and fun science fiction plot that focuses on the Thompson family, who are reintroduced to The Jensen Project - a secret community of geniuses conducting advanced underground research to solve the world’s most difficult problems. The family finds themselves forced into a frantic pursuit to keep a potentially dangerous technology from falling into the wrong hands. As the family races to stop the group's rogue faction, they rediscover the importance of honesty, courage and being there for one another.

My thoughts:

I was originally supposed to head to NYC to participate in a screening of this movie and at the last minute, my daughter developed a high fever and it wouldn't break. I had to take her to the hospital the night before I was supposed to leave, therefore I had no sleep. I was so bummed! I had even picked out two cute dresses for the event! At least I still received the screener pack and I will also receive a copy of the DVD and the soundtrack for myself. I loved the show and so did my kids!
