It is officially the National Arthritis Awareness Month! With 46 million Americans suffering from this disease, I've been asked to help spread the word about the simplest ways to reduce the risk of developing arthritis or to decrease the pain with those who are already living with it.
Here's the five simple words to help: Moving is the Best Medicine! Keeping active and losing weight are
just two of the ways that you can fight osteoarthritis pain. In fact, for every pound you lose, that’s four pounds less pressure on each knee.
