Review: Big Eye Dummies

Saturday, July 18, 2009

Big Eye Dummies sent my daughter and I a Big Eye Dummy to review recently. We received Slicka the Penguin.

My daughter loves him! We both think he is so cute and it's fun to change his eyes and mouth!

Big Eye Dummies are designer plush toys that come with 2 sets of interchangeable eyes and mouths. The eyes and mouth come gently sown on and all you have to do is snip the threads to being matching!

Big Eye Dummies are designed and created in New York City by David Lipson, a professional Animation Producer and Director who has worked on TV shows such as Word World (PBS), Lizzie McGuire (Disney Channel), Schoolhouse Rock (Disney), and shorts for Sesame Street (PBS).

Big Eye Dummies are awarding winning, too! They received Creative Child Magazine’s Preferred Choice Award.

Independent laboratories in America test all products, and comply with the European and American Toy Safety Standards (EN-71, ASTM F963). The dolls retail for $19.99 and can be purchased at

Big Eye Dummies is giving away a free doll every month! If you want to enter their contests, becomes a fan of Big Eye Dummies on Facebook at this link: Further instructions are provided on the site.

We love our Big Eye Dummy and I hope your child will too! He's a great addition to the family! Sort of a Mr. Potato head in a plush toy!
