Today I want to share with you a site that was brought to my attention. (And here I thought that I find all the good things on my own!)
Have you heard of ShopDebtFree.com? You haven't?! Well, ShopDebtFree.com is the Internet’s first debt-free shopping mall where credit-conscious consumers can pay online with cash securely. The site is also an online resource for debt-free living. It offers “hot deals” (like free shipping, rebates and buyer protection), advice for spending with cash, smart shopping tips and the latest product information.
There are currently over 200 featured retailers on ShopDebtFree.com, including Shoebuy.com, Buy.com, Crutchfield and TigerDirect.com. Product categories on the site range from clothing and shoes to electronics and furniture to tools and pet gear.
ShopDebtFree.com is sponsoring another Mother’s Day giveaway all this week. The contest is already live, and ShopDebtFree.com has partnered with CSN Stores and Almost Frugal to create a list of 50 Mom finds, all under $50. The categories, which cover everyone from the New and Expecting Moms, to the Traditional and Trendy Moms, are designed to help you choose an appealing, affordable gift for every Mom.
To enter to win any 2 items from CSN Stores’ Top 50 Gifts for Mom, you can enter in 4 different ways:
1. Leave a comment on Almost Frugal saying what their favorite Mother’s Day gift was, that they have either given or received.
2. Post about this giveaway on their own blog, linking back to the Almost Frugal post.
3. Tweet about this giveaway, mentioning the post, and @AlmostFrugal.
4. Visit one of the shops mentioned on Almost Frugal, then come back and leave a comment about their favorite item in that shop on the Almost Frugal blog.
The contest is open until 12 noon GMT May 11, 2009.
While you're at it, Become a Fan of ShopDebtFree.com on Facebook or follow them on Twitter.
If you decide to enter the contest, Good luck!
I think this is a great site, especially for those of us who might not have the best of credit! It's very innovative! What do you think?
